Questions about paying
- Do I need to create an account first?
- No. Choose a plan, pay on Stripe, and your account is created from the email you used. You are in the course a few seconds after payment.
- How do I sign in later?
- Go to the sign-in page and enter the email you paid with. We send you a link that signs you in. There is no password.
- Can I cancel the annual plan?
- Yes, at any time, from your account page. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What if the course is not for me?
- Email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. Both plans are covered. See the refund policy for the details.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. A few lessons are free to preview, so you can judge the quality before you pay. And the 30-day guarantee covers you after.
- Can I switch from annual to lifetime?
- Yes. Buy the lifetime plan from your account, then cancel the annual plan from the billing page. Your progress carries over.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Every major card, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Stripe handles the payment. We never see your card number.
- Is the content the same on both plans?
- Yes. Every module, lesson, video, and appendix is on both plans. The only difference is how you pay.
