1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Appliance School ("the Service"), operated at applianceschool.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Appliance School is an online educational platform that provides video tutorials, written content, checklists, and other materials related to appliance repair and building an appliance repair business. Access to course content requires a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account access with others

4. Subscription and Payment

Appliance School offers two subscription plans:

• Annual Access ($249/year): Provides full access to all course content for one year. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Lifetime Access ($499 one-time): Provides permanent access to all current and future course content with a single payment.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to change with prior notice to existing subscribers.

For annual subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through your account billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period unless covered by our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Appliance School, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, images, checklists, and other materials, is the property of Appliance School and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell course content in any form
• Record, download, or capture video content using screen recording tools or other methods
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Appliance School does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The educational content is provided for informational purposes only. Appliance School does not guarantee any specific results, earnings, or business outcomes from using the course materials. Individual results will vary based on effort, market conditions, and other factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appliance School and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
